With many years of experience, a library of reference manuals and diagnostic guides and a modern equipped workshop we can repair or restore your jukebox to it's former glory.

Our workshop is equipped with the following test equipment.

  • Telequipment dual trace oscilloscope
  • Laboratory specification power supply (variable DC and AC voltage, current limited)
  • 110v AC supply (US line voltage)
  • Digital test meters
  • Sine/square wave generator
  • Sencore valve tester
  • High voltage capacitor reformer
  • Test speaker rig

And yes, we do occasionally use our stethoscope to listen for bearing noise!

For restoration support we have wire and polishing mops, chemical cleaning bath, ultrasonic cleaner and compressed air for spray equipment and air brushes.

We will undertake...

  • Mechanism rebuilds, including switch repair/replacement, motor overhaul and rewinds, gearbox rebuilds including the supply of new specialist gears
  • Selector system and button bank overhauls, including total overhaul of Rock Ola selector drums and mechanical Seeburg selector systems, AMI selector systems and pulse convertors and also full electronic overhaul of Seeburg electronic Tormat control systems
  • Amplifier rebuilds including capacitor, resistor, valve bases, switches, potentiometer and mains/output transformer replacement as necessary. High voltage smoothing capacitor replacement with original multi-section electrolytics or modern axial high voltage wire ended capacitors
  • Lighting chokes and mains wiring replacement including additional earthing to IEE 17th edition standards
  • Cabinet restoration including carpentry, re-veneering, re-laminating, re-spraying, shot/bead blasting, epoxy powder coating, re-chroming, re-nickleing and alloy mirror polishing. Cabinet bases and sides can be remanufactured if necessary
  • Replacement grills, buttons, trim, plastics, lighting, deck covers, murals and graphics as required

We source original and reproduction replacement parts from the world's leading suppliers and only use the best quality parts available.

We make any parts that we have specially manufactured available to these suppliers to help sustain and maintain vintage jukeboxes for many years to come.

We were the first suppliers of Wurlitzer turntable fibre gears, AMI Continental mechanism covers, AMI Continental Mk 2 mesh side panels and Rock Ola 1448/1454 selector drum gear covers - but please note we do not directly sell spares, see our links page for parts suppliers.
